Purpose of this System

The CC-QR system is a private, members-only platform used by authorized private organizations ("Clubs") to manage tennis and pickleball court usage. CC-QR is not available to the general public and is accessible only via a personal QR code issued to Club members and authorized staff.

CC-QR is operated by Invention Capital Partners LLC ("we," "us," or "Operator") on behalf of participating Clubs.

Who We Collect Data From

We only collect data from Club members and Club employees who have been issued a personal QR code. We do not collect data from visitors to our public website, guests of the Clubs, or the general public.

What We Collect

When a Club member or employee uses CC-QR, we may record: the member or employee's identifier associated with the personal QR code, the mobile phone number on file for SMS authentication and notifications, court check-in and check-out times, the court used, and device information strictly necessary for authentication.

How We Use the Information

Information is used solely to operate the court reservation and usage system, to send SMS authentication codes and court-related notifications, to help Club management plan court availability and staffing, and to respond to member inquiries or support requests.

SMS Messaging Program

Enrolled members and staff receive SMS text messages as part of CC-QR operation. These messages may include: one-time authentication passcodes, court reservation and check-in confirmations, and lesson or event confirmations.

Message frequency varies based on individual use of the system. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier and plan.

Consent to receive SMS is obtained at the time your personal QR code is issued. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of Club membership. By providing your mobile number for CC-QR, you agree to receive the SMS message types described above at that number.

Opt-Out and Help

You can opt out of CC-QR SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. Opting out of SMS may limit your ability to use features of CC-QR that rely on SMS authentication.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your information — including your mobile phone number — with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information collected through CC-QR is accessible only to authorized Club management, Operator personnel with a need to know, and technical service providers (such as our SMS carrier) strictly for the purpose of delivering the service.

Security

Access to CC-QR requires a valid personal QR code. All web and API connections are served over HTTPS. Records are stored with standard industry safeguards.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated through the CC-QR system or by email where appropriate.
